🚀 Survey: VC Optimism Returns for 2024 (Axios) - A survey by the Kauffman Fellows program finds VCs are ready to invest more $ this year.

👀 Gen Z Embraces Side Hustles Because ‘Loyalty is Dead’ (The Washington Post) - 24-year-olds replacing their full-time incomes with side hustles?? I’m not sure I agree with loyalty being dead, but I enjoyed this read about young professionals pursuing their own passion projects (and making an income doing it.)
